Chief Operations Officer
Singhto Yobana is an entrepreneur, astute business administrator and project management professional who has held several key roles in industries spanning Oil and Gas, Mining, Haulage and Logistics, and Power (specifically waste to energy projects).
Singhto Yobana obtained an MBA focused on Business Strategy from the University of Bedforshire. Prior to this, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
Before joining Ma’adanai, Singhto Yobana had stints in various organizations such as Enerco Nigeria Limited, Red Transport and Logistics, Segilola Gold Limited (now Thor Explorations Limited), Xesso Limited and International Metal Trading BV (where he served as Nigeria Country Representative).
At Segilola Gold, Singhto worked closely with the Technical Director (Perth) and Regional General Manager (Africa) and he was responsible for the effective management and smooth running of operations across Segilola Gold’s Lagos office and gold site in Ilesha, Nigeria. Singhto Yobana was instrumental to the progressive strides made on the project prior to the acquisition of the project by Thor Explorations Limited.
In addition to his role as COO, Singhto Yobana leads Ma’adanai’s Business Development and Investment initiatives. He is charged with ensuring that Ma’danai achieves its goal of being a leading junior mining and investment company in Sub- Saharan Africa within the next 5 (Five) years.

Justus Ikeh is a Senior Geologist with experience spanning close to 15 (Fifteen) years in the Nigerian mining sector. Justus Ikeh obtained his Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Thereafter, he obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Exploration Geophysics in 2018. Passionate about learning and development, Justus Ikeh is currently pursuing an M.Sc in Exploration Geophysics at the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria.
At Ma’adanai, Justus is responsible for the company’s geological and mining activities/operations. He has led teams prospecting for several mineral resources including but not limited to limestone, ironstone, coal, barite, lead sulphide, zinc, gold, kaoline, feldspar, tantalite, copper, manganese, marble, etc. Recently, he played a significant role in the mapping of mineral deposits across Nigeria and this gives him a key insight into areas where certain mineral deposits can be found across Nigeria.
Justus is an avid researcher. Anthony Ikenta attended the University of Aberdeen where he bagged his B.Sc in Petroleum Geology and Geophysics. Prior to joining Ma’danai, Anthony had stints working with different organizations across England, Scotland and Nigeria.
Anthony is responsible for the company’s special projects and collaboration initiatives across Sub- Saharan Africa. He also supports the Business Development function by deepening the company’s potential project and investment pipeline.

Prince Seyon Akran hails from the Akran ruling dynasty of Badagry, Nigeria. He is an astute entrepreneur with businesses spanning agriculture and real estate. Prince Akran obtained an O.N.D in Accountancy and H.N.D in Business Administration from the Lagos City Polytechnic. Thereafter, he obtained a P.gd in Business Administration from the Lagos State University.
At Ma’adanai, Prince Akran is tasked with the combined critical roles of Sustainability and Community Relations. He deploys his skills towards addressing community issues where they arise on projects Ma’adanai is involved with. He also regularly advises and develops community engagement plans and stakeholder mapping blueprints ahead of Ma’adanai investing in or developing its projects. With respect to sustainability, Seyon is tasked with ensuring that Ma’adanai’s activities do not jeopardize the environment in which it operates. The goal is to ensure that communities and environments are left better that we met them at all times.

Nick Hunt Davies brings on board over 40 (Forty) years’ experience in executive, corporate management, project development, operational management and consulting roles across mining and infrastructure projects. Over the years, he has held several roles including but not limited to Technical Director, Project Director, Project Manager, Mine Manager, and General Manager. These roles have seen him traverse several countries such as Australia, Botswana, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Columbia, England, Morocco, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, United States of America, Zambia and Zimbabwe, to mention a few.
Nick Hunt Davies has been involved in projects spanning gold, diamonds, copper, phosphate, iron ore, bauxite, evaporites, lead, tin and nickel. He holds firmly to the belief that renewable energy and sustainability practices can be incorporated into mining activities towards deriving long-term benefits for immediate and surrounding communities.
Nick Hunt Davies sat on the Board of Segilola Gold Limited, Nigeria between 2007 and 2010. He currently holds Directorship positions in ITH Pty Limited and TGP Australia Limited.
Over the years, Nick Hunt Davies gained many qualifications and has been admitted to several professional associations. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy; and Fellow, Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. In addition to this, he holds a First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency (Australia and South Africa), and an MBA.

Dr. Hakeem Seriki is an Associate Professor in Commercial Law and a qualified solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. After obtaining his PhD in International Commercial Arbitration, he moved into private practice, working with two prominent international commercial law firms in the City of London. He has acted on numerous commercial disputes (mostly with an international dimension) arising predominantly from the oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, mining and telecoms sectors.
Dr. Hakeem Seriki has acted in a number of reported high profile cases and published widely in leading commercial and international arbitration journals. He is currently the Arbitration Editor for the Journal of Business Law.
His research focuses on international dispute resolution with particular emphasis on arbitration and international commercial litigation stemming from Sub- Saharan Africa and the United Arab Emirates.
In 2015, Dr. Seriki published his book, “Injunctive Relief and International Arbitration” which has been described by a leading English Commercial Court Judge as “an important addition to the existing literature and will equally be welcomed by academics and practitioners in the arbitration community”. In 2018, he was accredited by the Dubai Legal Affairs Department to deliver CLPD training courses in international arbitration.
Dr. Seriki is on the arbitration panel of various arbitral institutions, including ICC Paris, ICC Nigeria, Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA), Mauritius Arbitration and Mediation Centre (MARC) and Delos Dispute Resolution (Delos).

Adolfo Arguello Vives is a certified evaluator by the Center of Project Preparation and Evaluation (CEPEP) and ITAM, and holds an Executive Certificate in Public Private Partnerships from the Kennedy School of Government.
From 2011 to 2014, he was Mexico´s Ambassador at the Young Leaders Foundation (Buenos Aires, Argentina). In 2016 he completed the Innovation and Leadership in Government (ILG) Program from the Latin American Board at Georgetown University. As President of the ILG Alumni Network (2018-2020). He is an Innovation in Government Mentor at the Global Competitiveness Leadership (GCL) Program, and the representative at the GCL Advisory Committee. In addition, he was selected as a 2020 Asia Peace Innovators Forum Fellow at the Salzburg Global Seminar in partnership with the Nippon Foundation. He has also served as the Chief Planning Officer at the Ministry of Tourism in Chiapas, Mexico.
Adolfo Arguello Vives was the Evaluation Officer of the consortium that designed the Infrastructure Plan for a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in the south of Mexico. In his work, he drew on considerable experience as a consultant for large infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on development effectiveness and fostering competitiveness.
Adolfo Arguello Vives holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a master’s degree in Public Policy from King’s College London, where he was a Chevening Scholar.
His research at AGI sought to draw lessons from Asian experience with SEZs, and in particular, China’s state-owned enterprise model of SEZs.

Ola Gboalde obtained her Electrical Engineering degree from Howard University, Washington D.C USA. Thereafter, she proceeded to Nottingham University, UK, where she obtained her MBA.
Ms. Gbolade’s career spans the USA and Nigeria where she has consulted for a cross-section of leading private and public sector organizations, which include but are not limited to Equity Residential (Virginia, USA), Accenture (Virginia, USA and Lagos, Nigeria), Zenith Bank (Lagos, Nigeria), Asset Resource Management Company (“ARM”) (Lagos, Nigeria) and First Bank of Nigeria (“FirstBank”), (Lagos, Nigeria), where she led the enterprise strategic initiatives across FirstBank and its Sub-Saharan Africa subsidiaries. She currently leads the transformation initiatives of an international financial institution based in Washington DC, USA.
Over the years, Ms. Gbolade has been responsible for Corporate Transformation and Strategy Implementation and has led cross- functional teams implementing programs that enhance Business and I.T capabilities.
Ms. Gbolade is a member of the Boardroom Africa, a vibrant community committed to enhancing the potential of Africa’s exceptional female leaders, by providing the resources needed to navigate their journey in and out of the Boardroom. She also sits on the Boards of La’Sanya Limited (a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company) and Beeni Capital Limited (an entity that invests in businesses across Sub- Saharan Africa).

Matt Twight’s professional career spans shipping, procurement, and logistics industries. Over the years, Matt has provided his services to various companies such as Geodis Group, ISS Palumbo, OBT Shipping Group and Red Transport and Logistics. He has handled projects in several countries including but not limited to Angola, Cameroon, Chad, Egypt, Liberia, Netherlands, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia. He is currently with International Metal Trading BV where he is responsible for business development across Africa.
Matt Twight is multilingual- he speaks Dutch, English, French and German. Matt has developed key relationships across different business industries in several countries. In his spare time, Matt is a Personal Trainer and ninja warrior athlete.
